BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions announces today the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding for the 100% acquisition of a Norwegian leader in agricultural leasing, Landkreditt Finans AS. This operation will be finalized by the end of the first half of 2018, subject to the agreement of the various supervisory authorities.
Landkreditt Finans AS, founded 10 years ago, is a company specialized in the financing of agricultural, forestry and construction equipment. With a portfolio of 100 million euros asset under management, this company based in Aalesund in Norway has quickly established itself as one of the leaders in its market.
Thanks to this acquisition, BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions is laying the first milestone of its expansion in the Nordic countries, reinforcing its position as Europe’s leading leasing company.
